The update includes a cleaner layout with several new features, such as a fixed Action Header for easy access to common actions, an Item Header for navigation and service links, and contextual information to provide an overview of item occurrences. The design is optimized for mobile devices with a permanently displayed Action Panel, allowing users to perform actions like resolving issues and adding comments. This new layout also includes slide-over panels for viewing detailed data on occurrences, IPs, and users, as well as a more prominent Root Cause & History panel for tracking changes and discussions.
