Introducing our new Item Detail page

Rollbar is introducing a significant update to its plans with a redesigned item detail page that enhances both desktop and mobile user experiences by prioritizing error context and streamlining access to essential actions. The new mobile layout allows users to manage and resolve errors efficiently from any device, featuring easy-to-read views, collapsible panels, and a slide-over panel to reduce loading times. Essential actions are accessible from the top of the page, enabling quick error resolution through options like muting notifications, assigning ownership, and creating tickets. A new context panel summarizes data across occurrences, providing insights into user impact, frequency, and browser usage, while a redesigned Occurrence section offers clear data presentation for quicker debugging. The addition of a Root Cause & History panel facilitates collaboration by displaying a timeline of items, relevant information, and collaborators' notes. Users can try the new interface immediately with an option to revert to the legacy view while Rollbar continues refining the design, aiming to enhance users' error resolution speed.
