Auto-suggest item owner based on Git Blame data

Rollbar has introduced a feature for projects integrated with GitHub that allows the display of the user identified by Git Blame in the Assign Owner field, which can facilitate assigning the last user who dealt with the code as the initial owner in Rollbar. This feature aids in managing Rollbar items by clarifying ownership, thus increasing the likelihood of issues being investigated and resolved. The auto-suggestion of owners is available for Advanced and Enterprise customers with GitHub integration and requires the GitHub user identified by Git Blame to be linked to a Rollbar account. Once an owner is assigned, the auto-suggestion feature is disabled, and users are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience.
