Initially, multiple systems, including a PHP admin panel and a custom React app, created maintenance challenges and data inconsistencies. By adopting Retool, Amo centralized data management, significantly reducing engineering time and enabling business teams to access necessary data independently. This shift not only improved internal efficiency but also enhanced service delivery, especially during disruptions like the South African mass strikes and looting. Tripplo's innovative approach earned it the Fast Company’s Most Innovative Company award in 2021, and the company continues to support local communities with its expansive vehicle network. Amo is exploring further solutions with Retool, emphasizing its vast potential limited only by imagination.
