It outlines four phases—formation, onboarding, scaling, and improving—that guide teams through the implementation process, ensuring alignment between business and technical goals. The CoE includes resources such as written articles, videos, and diagrams, covering various aspects like development processes, security, and solution architecture, while emphasizing the importance of automation and dedicated environments for safe development. The Retool Well-Architected Framework, part of the CoE, offers guidance on design, performance, scalability, and cost management to support successful solution building. Additionally, the CoE collaborates with partners like Bold Tech to create security checklists and provides tools like Retool Iconography for effective diagramming and communication of architecture, ultimately aiming to enhance Retool operations continuously.
