Welcoming Sophia Faria, our new GTM Engineer

Sophia Faria, a new GTM engineer based in Rio de Janeiro, joins the team with a diverse background in sales, marketing, product management, and customer success, making her well-suited for the role. Her journey into software was unconventional, beginning with brand strategy after leaving law school, freelancing, and consulting with startups, which led her to learn coding to create solutions she could market. Sophia values the creativity and collaboration involved in software development and is drawn to Resend for its cohesive product and sharp team. If not programming, she imagines running a sandwich shop. She is currently enthusiastic about the tool Granola for its flexibility and loves taking screenshots with her favorite hotkey, Cmd+ctrl+shift+4. Sophia enjoys visiting expansive natural landscapes, such as the Rocky Mountains, Ibitipoca's hills, and Angra dos Reis's ocean, and advises GTM professionals to continuously adapt and learn in a rapidly changing world.
