Welcoming Mateusz Wos, our new Software Engineer

Mateusz Wos is joining Resend's Trust and Safety team, bringing a diverse background in infrastructure, experience management, e-commerce, and his own CRM startup, making him a valuable addition to the company. His passion for technology began in childhood, sparked by curiosity and inspired by his cousin's study of computer science, leading him to a lifelong commitment to programming. Wos is motivated by the desire to improve developer experiences, particularly in the realm of user-friendly email systems, and finds inspiration in the unique perspectives and passions of those around him. He values creating products he would personally use, driven by his past frustrations with other email providers, and emphasizes the importance of understanding the underlying mechanics of tools and frameworks for aspiring software engineers. Besides his tech pursuits, he daydreams about opening a restaurant, enjoys visiting his hometown for family and friendships, and has a fondness for Thailand's culture and cuisine.
