Welcoming Felipe Vilela, our new Technical Account Executive

Resend has hired Felipe Vilela as a Technical Account Executive to support enterprise customers in safely migrating email infrastructure, a process he compares with the high-stakes nature of DNS management. Vilela spent the previous two years at DNSimple leading enterprise sales and assisting infrastructure teams with DNS migrations, after earlier helping build the sales organization at process-improvement SaaS company Minit through its acquisition by Microsoft. With a business and technical-sales background rather than software development experience, he was drawn to Resend by its product quality, design, documentation, and positive reputation among developers. Originally from Brazil’s countryside, he cites the ocean and kitesurfing as major inspirations, uses Claude for productivity and LightCut for drone-video editing, and encourages ambitious engineers to engage directly with customers to better understand their needs and motivations.
