Welcoming Carolina Josephik, our new Software Engineer

Carolina Josephik is a skilled full-stack developer with nearly six years of experience in various sectors, including healthcare, ad tech, and financial automation. Her career began with an early exposure to programming through a school robotics competition and developed further during an IT technician course in high school, leading to her first job at a SaaS company. Currently, she works at Resend, attracted by its focus on creating useful products and a philosophy that aligns with her career aspirations. Inspired by well-executed craftsmanship and excellence, Josephik also contemplates a potential future in design, illustration, or teaching. Her favorite tools for work include Notion, Zshell, and VS Code, while she expresses admiration for the convenience of hotkeys like ctrl+z. She finds joy in family gatherings and exploring new restaurants, and advises aspiring software engineers to maintain curiosity, continuously learn, and ask questions to foster growth.
