Anxhela Carciu is joining Resend as a Site Reliability Engineer from Tirana, Albania, bringing six years of experience in DevOps and SRE roles in various industries such as aviation, healthcare, and iGaming. Her passion for technology began in childhood in Greece and evolved through her academic journey from Math and Informatics to Computer Engineering, inspired by a pivotal moment involving a Linux terminal. Anxhela is enthusiastic about creating reliable systems, learning from the engineering community, and supporting developer-focused products, particularly impressed by Resend's well-documented systems. In her personal life, she draws inspiration from nature, sports, and her family, and if not in tech, she would pursue her love for designing cozy spaces, potentially owning a coffee shop. With a desire to explore the world, her favorite tool is Miro for its brainstorming flexibility, and she finds motivation in staying curious and persistent in problem-solving, offering advice to never quit and enjoy the engineering journey.
