Product Release Recap – Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, Rescale introduced significant enhancements to its platform, focusing on cost management, simulation data analysis, and AI-enhanced methods to improve efficiency and decision-making. The beta release of Rescale Data introduced features like the Rescale Assistant for conversational data analysis, which aids users in interacting with simulation data via natural language, generating summaries, and creating visual plots. Rescale has also automated metadata extraction to contextualize workloads and streamline data handling, enhancing the analysis process. Additionally, AI-powered job summaries were launched to provide concise reports of simulation results, helping identify key findings and configuration issues. On the financial side, Rescale upgraded its cost management features, enabling granular control over expenditures with tools like budgeting by charge type, monthly charge insights, and a Budgets API for programmatic financial control. These updates are designed to streamline engineering and IT workflows, offering improved visibility and control over both data and costs, and are currently available to existing Rescale customers in beta.
