Replit Monitoring Agent: Your very own software engineering team

Replit has introduced Monitoring Agent, an autonomous production-support tool designed to act as an on-call engineer for apps hosted on its platform. Building on Replit’s existing App Monitoring alerts and health checks, the agent can access production logs and metrics, investigate incidents such as errors, slowdowns, and failed deployments, identify and validate fixes, and optionally publish those fixes automatically. Users can enable monitoring alerts, auto-fix, and auto-publish through an app’s Publishing settings, while receiving email summaries of incidents and changes. The launch reflects Replit’s broader goal of developing autonomous software teams that can help creators build, maintain, secure, optimize, and grow applications without requiring specialized expertise across every operational discipline.
