Replit acquires OpenInt

Replit has announced its acquisition of OpenInt, marking its first acquisition, due to their shared history and complementary functionalities. OpenInt, which joined Y Combinator's Winter 2023 batch, has evolved into a leading integration platform as a service (iPaaS) specializing in code generation with an emphasis on correctness and security. This integration enhances Replit's capabilities by providing a robust foundation for Replit Connectors, allowing Replit Agent to support complex customer integration needs with a wide range of over 160 connectors. OpenInt's approach enables safe, dynamic code generation, distinguishing it from other iPaaS solutions. As part of the transition, existing OpenInt Cloud customers have been notified and are being assisted to migrate to self-hosted solutions, with the cloud service set to terminate on December 31, 2025.
