Share where you are in a Repl with Deeplinking

Deeplinking allows users to link to any file in a Repl, as well as specific lines and columns within that file. By copying the URL of their current location, users can easily share their project with others. The feature also affects browser history, allowing users to navigate back to the last file viewed.
