In August 2023, Replicated introduced several new features and updates designed to enhance user experience and streamline operations for vendors and customers. Key improvements include the public beta release of Instance Notifications for the Vendor Portal, allowing users to receive alerts about potential issues via Slack or email, thus improving instance reliability and reducing the need for constant portal checks. The Adoption Graph, now generally available, helps vendors better understand customer trends, while enhancements for Helm-installable releases simplify workflows and licensing. Additional updates include the ability for KOTS to bundle preflight checks within Helm charts, new troubleshooting tools for identifying unhealthy pods and expired SSL/TLS certificates, and the addition of OpenShift support in the Compatibility Matrix. The Replicated Documentation has also seen a reorganization to improve navigation for users focusing on specific components.
