Announcing: Instance Telemetry Notifications

Replicated has introduced Instance Telemetry Notifications, allowing vendors to receive critical updates about their customers and on-premises instances without logging into the vendor portal. This system aims to preemptively address customer issues, improving uptime and reliability by notifying vendors before minor issues escalate. Notifications are based on uptime data and event history, and can be configured to alert vendors at different levels, such as application status or all changes, through team-wide Slack channels or individual email alerts. Future developments include additional notification methods and events like license expirations and support bundle uploads, with the company actively seeking user feedback to refine the feature further.
