Introducing Render's New CLI and Refreshed Dashboard

The new dashboard features a left-side menu for simplified navigation and a navigation header for improved contextual visibility, allowing users to easily distinguish between different environments and quickly jump between resources. The CLI offers thoughtful namespacing and an interactive mode for exploring commands, along with a non-interactive mode for piping outputs directly into other tools.
