By using WiFi-enabled iVue glasses and earphones, Smiley streamed live video to poet Matthew Dickman, who described the visuals in real time, allowing Smiley to envision his home. This groundbreaking application utilized an iPod Touch to transmit an RTSP stream to a Red5 Pro server on a Digital Ocean Droplet, enabling a low-latency viewing experience through JW Player. The Red5 Team, known for its expertise in live video, audio, and data streaming since 2005, facilitated this innovative solution, showcasing the creative potential of their technology to foster interactive real-time experiences across different fields.
