A fresh look and feel

Raycast, a macOS app, has undergone a design refresh to enhance usability while maintaining its core principles of being fast, simple, and delightful. The updates include a larger search bar and icons to improve visibility and user interaction, an all-new action bar for easier access to app functions, and a revamped icon set created in collaboration with designer James McDonald, ensuring a cohesive and modern look. Additionally, a Compact Mode has been introduced to focus the user interface for a more streamlined experience, and the app icon has been redesigned to align with Apple's visual standards, featuring a keycap metaphor that emphasizes keyboard accessibility. These changes are aimed at addressing user feedback and supporting the growing Raycast community by preserving the app's functionality while modernizing its appearance.
