Ragie joins Ticketmaster

Ragie announced that it is joining Ticketmaster after developing a platform designed to help companies securely and reliably connect proprietary data with AI applications. Founded in April 2024 by Bob and Mohammed, the company emerged from the need for infrastructure that could process organizational data for AI systems, and it has since helped customers handle millions of documents through its retrieval-augmented generation engine, agentic retrieval, and context-aware MCP capabilities. The founders said the acquisition will allow Ragie’s technology and experience in data access, retrieval, and context management to be applied within Ticketmaster’s large-scale ecosystem of live events, customers, artists, and internal systems, while thanking its investors, customers, and team for their contributions.
