Benjamin Chastanier, a senior backend engineer at Qovery, shares his professional journey and role at the cloud infrastructure startup. With a background in computer science and business from CPE Lyon and EM Lyon, respectively, he transitioned from consultancy at Ernst and Young to a technical account management role at Criteo, eventually moving into software engineering in Criteo's R&D department. At Qovery, Benjamin focuses on developing the Qovery Engine, which involves integrating new features and cloud providers, like Scaleway, and improving the error/logging system to enhance user experience. He appreciates the collaborative and innovative environment at Qovery, where user experience is prioritized, and values the opportunity to engage deeply with cloud infrastructure.
