Announcement: New Qovery Support Plans

Starting April 15, 2024, Qovery will offer three distinct support plans: Community, Business, and Enterprise, each catering to different user needs. The Community support plan, included in all product plans, provides free, unlimited support through a community forum without guaranteed response times, suitable for developers and small teams in early development. The Business support plan, priced at $500 per month, is designed for production or business-critical workloads, offering five monthly priority requests with guaranteed response times. The Enterprise plan is customizable to meet specific internal requirements. Users can upgrade their support plans or purchase additional priority requests through Intercom, and those without a support plan in their annual agreement may be affected by the change. Existing users with a support plan included in their contract will not be impacted.
