Developers can now access Pulumi Copilot directly within their IDE using the Pulumi Copilot Chat Extension, facilitating tasks such as code generation, resource discovery, error resolution, and Terraform to Pulumi migration. The assistant, which respects role-based access control settings, is powered by the Pulumi Copilot REST API and provides contextual and multi-turn conversational abilities. This integration into Visual Studio Code allows developers to streamline their workflows by simplifying infrastructure deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration management. Pulumi Copilot is available for free to all organizations using Pulumi Cloud, with administrators able to enable it through the Pulumi Cloud console.
