Managing NOAA Open Data across Multiple Clouds with Pulumi

Denis Willett, a software engineer at the North Carolina Institute of Climate Studies, works on the NOAA Open Data Dissemination (NODD) Program, which provides free and publicly accessible environmental data across major cloud platforms.
