This update means that if a user initially signed up with a GitHub account, they can now also connect a GitLab identity to their Pulumi account and vice versa. This enables users to collaborate with both GitHub and GitLab organizations and groups, enhancing flexibility in how they manage their projects and collaborations within the Pulumi Service. The process involves signing in and navigating to the Profile page to link additional identities, providing more ways to access the Pulumi Service without necessitating multiple Pulumi accounts, though users can still create separate accounts if they prefer.
