Concurrent change requests in Pulumi ESC

Pulumi Cloud ESC Approvals now supports concurrent change requests, allowing multiple users to propose independent changes to the same approved environment without waiting for existing requests to be reviewed or applied. Users create drafts as before and can view all requests through the environment’s version dropdown or Approvals tab. If another request is applied first, affected drafts can be updated to the latest revision through a three-way merge, with the console identifying any conflicts for users to resolve by editing or recreating the request. The capability is available immediately for approval-enabled environments on Pulumi Cloud Pro and Enterprise editions.
