In response to challenges associated with evaluating new solutions, PubNub has developed the "Generate Custom Demo" feature for its real-time decisioning and analytics product, PubNub Illuminate. This tool uses AI to create tailored demos without the need for customer data or engineering support, enabling users to experience the product in action quickly. By answering a few questions about their industry and use case, users can generate mock data and product resources to see real-time dashboards and adjust demo resources, streamlining the evaluation process. While this feature is in its MVP stage, future iterations may enhance functionality by leveraging advances in large language models to provide even more accurate use cases.
