Prowler’s January 2026 newsletter announces two major releases that expand its cloud security platform with Attack Paths visualization powered by Cartography and graph databases, categorized resource inventory, enhanced findings filtering, category-based security analysis, simplified muting rules, and improved PDF reports. The releases add full Alibaba Cloud UI and API support with 63 checks, a Cloudflare CLI provider for services including TLS, DNS, email security, WAF, and bot protection, and support for AWS European Sovereign Cloud regions. New compliance capabilities include a watchlist, a ThreatScore category breakdown, and CIS frameworks for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Kubernetes. Lighthouse AI now uses Prowler’s official MCP Server to provide faster natural-language security and compliance insights. The team also announced its participation at BSidesSF on March 21–22 and RSA Conference on March 23–26 in San Francisco, where it will offer demonstrations and hands-on cloud security activities.
