PropelAuth has announced an integration with PostHog, an all-in-one tool designed to help product teams gain insights into user behavior to improve feature development. By enabling the integration, PropelAuth automatically identifies users upon signup or login and syncs custom user properties, ensuring user information remains current in PostHog. This allows for real-time updates and tracking of user events, such as email changes, enhancing the ability to analyze user retention based on referral sources. To set up the integration, users need a PostHog account and can configure it through the PropelAuth dashboard by entering the PostHog Project API key and Project ID. PropelAuth plans to expand this integration to support organizational management by aligning with PostHog’s concept of Groups in the future.
