Recently, a new feature was introduced to enhance user engagement by providing Churned and Reengaged reports, allowing businesses to identify inactive users and attempt to reengage them. While the existing dashboard metrics offer a snapshot of user activity, the new reports provide actionable insights by enabling users to locate inactive individuals, reach out via email, and subsequently monitor their return through the reengaged report. This functionality is also available at the organizational level, where an entire organization is considered churned if all members are inactive for a certain period. Efforts are underway to simplify the reengagement process further, but the current priority is to deliver immediate access to this data to optimize product development timelines.
