Announcing: Impersonatable Users Table

The impersonation feature with the "By Request" setting allows users to submit requests to impersonate a customer, which are then reviewed by an approver, granting access to the customer's session once approved. Previously challenging to manage, the process is now streamlined with the introduction of the My Impersonatable Users table, providing a centralized location to track approved impersonations, pending approvals, and expiration of access, eliminating the need to search through multiple sources. This feature offers the benefit of viewing products from a customer’s perspective, facilitating faster resolution of issues, whether for debugging, support, or demos, and can be accessed through the User Impersonation section of the dashboard. Users are encouraged to explore this feature for its efficiency advantages, with support available via email for any inquiries.
