Early Access Program: Slice Machine Upgrade
Blog post from Prismic
Prismic is launching an Early Access Program for a new feature in their Slice Machine, a tool for component development, which allows real-time customization of mock data through the Slice Simulator. This feature aims to enhance the editing experience for developers by enabling them to directly update and test their components with realistic content, thus improving the accuracy and speed of web development processes. Selected participants, ideally experienced with Prismic's Slice Machine, will have the opportunity to influence the feature's development by providing feedback and reporting bugs through a private Discord channel with Prismic team members. The program is structured into two phases over four weeks, where participants will first rebuild a Slice from a provided design and then test the new feature on their own projects. This initiative is part of Prismic's broader strategy to collaborate with developers for more seamless integrations and improved user experiences, with the promise of more such cohorts in the future.
