Prismic has launched a new integration specifically for Next.js users, introducing the @prismicio/next package to streamline the setup of live content previews in applications. This package simplifies the integration of Next.js's Preview Mode, allowing content creators to preview draft content efficiently by temporarily enabling Server-side Rendering (SSR) for all pages. It offers features such as refreshing the page after content changes and sharing preview links with others. Having transitioned from public beta, the package now sees over 1,700 weekly downloads and includes improvements like sharing individual preview session links. Users are encouraged to provide feedback or report issues on GitHub to further enhance the tool. Additionally, resources such as a video walkthrough and documentation are available for users to get started with the integration and make the content preview process more seamless for writers.
