The integration with Prelude's smart routing engine allows for automatic channel optimization based on delivery rates and user preferences, while users can also prioritize Telegram by configuring their API requests. Telegram's inclusion offers a cost-effective, reliable alternative to SMS, particularly in areas with unreliable SMS delivery, and is available at a flat rate of €0.0120 per message without tiered pricing, enhancing flexibility and reach for Prelude customers.
