Prelude adds Viber as an OTP Solution

Prelude Solutions has integrated Viber as a new channel for One-Time Password (OTP) messaging in its Verification API, enhancing its existing options of SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This strategic addition aims to improve customer engagement by leveraging Viber's familiarity, while offering more cost-effective and reliable message delivery, particularly in regions such as Eastern Europe and Asia. Notably, Viber messaging provides a significant cost advantage, exemplified by its lower price point in Ukraine compared to SMS, and offers protection against International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF). Existing customers can easily activate Viber for their accounts through the settings dashboard, marking Prelude's ongoing commitment to expanding its messaging app integrations, with more innovations like Silent Network Authentication on the horizon.
