The Postmark team conducted a survey asking customers about the things that annoy them about using their service. The results were overwhelmingly positive, with over 80 responses providing valuable insights into what features and improvements would make a significant impact on the user experience. The top complaints included issues such as searching sender signatures, server page design, spam complaint reactivation, improving the Activity page, customizing sender signature emails, and developing a mobile app. These findings were used to inform immediate changes, such as adding sender signature search, and are being considered for future development.
