The Postman API Hack, which offered a total of $100,000 in prizes, concluded with significant global participation, attracting over 1,900 developers from 115 countries who submitted 274 innovative projects utilizing the Postman API Platform and its public workspaces. The competition, held from January 5 to January 25, 2021, aimed to foster creativity and collaboration among developers, students, and hackers, and was judged by a distinguished panel from the API industry. The top prize of $25,000 was awarded to the Docu-Mentor project from the US, which facilitates documentation review for object models. Second place and $15,000 went to OpenAPI Operations from the Netherlands, while third place and $10,000 were awarded to the Webhook Debugger from the US. Additionally, ten honorable mentions received $5,000 each for their contributions. The winners were announced at the virtual Postman Galaxy conference, and all participants received a limited-edition Postman API Hack T-shirt, with the event celebrating the creativity and technical prowess of the Postman community.
