Dashboard: Improved Usage filtering, visualizations, and more

The Plaid Dashboard has been updated with improved usage filtering, visualizations, and more features. The new usage view allows users to visualize item adds and removes over time, as well as a product-by-product breakdown directly below it. Additionally, users can now custom filter these visualizations to a specific date range and environment.
