Summer 2025 Plinterns: A look back

Plaid's 2025 summer internship program, affectionately known as the "Plinternship," brought together a diverse group of talented interns from across the U.S. to engage in impactful projects within engineering and new business sales. The interns, or "Plinterns," worked from Plaid's San Francisco and New York offices, contributing to various initiatives, including AI-powered development tools and strategies for emerging markets. The experience was marked by a strong sense of community and mentorship, with interns highlighting the supportive culture, meaningful project ownership, and open communication with company leaders as distinguishing features of their time at Plaid. Interns shared their experiences of learning new tools and frameworks, as well as the importance of taking initiative and building relationships throughout their stay.
