This dashboard consolidates all payment information into a single interface, enabling users to track Pay by Bank payments and Virtual Account details without switching between different dashboards. It introduces new summary and sweeping reports for quick cash position insights and detailed automated sweeping behavior analysis, along with advanced troubleshooting capabilities that allow users to drill down by market, bank, and payment type. The dashboard also offers transaction-level visibility, including real-time statuses of payments, and provides clearer error messages with guidance. Additionally, it simplifies the process of raising support tickets by allowing users to create them directly from the dashboard with pre-filled payment information, facilitating faster issue resolution.
