How listening to developers improved our API docs

We've created a new documentation platform that reflects our dedication to providing an excellent developer experience. The new docs site is maintainable, scalable, and discoverable, with comprehensive content that's easy for developers to use. We gathered feedback from internal dogfooding, public beta users, in-app feedback, and user research to improve the site. We learned that users don't see things the way we do, and that UX problems can be disguised as other issues. We addressed these problems by adding features like search discoverability, improving content organization, and providing more self-serve documentation. Our goal is to continue improving the docs experience with features like better exposure of relevant information, more live demos and code, and additional support for non-developer users.
