Introducing PartyKit starter kits, minimal and full fat

The minimal starters provide a working PartyKit server, client-side app, and the partykit.jsonconfig file. The React starter is designed for real-time frameworks like PartyKit and React, while the full-fat starters demonstrate advanced patterns such as multiplayer chat with AI participants and collaborative text editors using Yjs. The team plans to add more templates in the future and welcomes feedback from users.
