When a problem recurs across multiple people, has meaningful costs, contains a stable solution core, and can be maintained, the team should create a reviewed, owned skill that records its shared preferred approach rather than merely preserving an individual transcript. These skills should be revisited when the same complaint reappears, indicating that they are difficult to find, incomplete, or outdated.
