Pandium Product Updates July 2020

Pandium has introduced several new features to enhance user experience and integration management for its platform. The company has added tooltips to assist customers with self-onboarding during integration configuration, and advanced sorting options to allow easy prioritization of applications within the Marketplace Theme Settings. Additional content blocks in the white-labeled in-app marketplace enable storytelling for each integration, and external link building now allows customization of how links open, whether in a new tab or within an embedded Pandium iFrame. Support for legacy integrations has been expanded to display both uninstalled and previously installed integrations in the marketplace. Additionally, Pandium has improved user identification, enabling companies to search and identify users by various identifiers such as web addresses, email addresses, or store names, consolidating user information within the Pandium admin dashboard to enhance customer support.
