What’s New With PagerDuty

PagerDuty has announced significant new innovations aimed at improving the user experience for ITOps and DevOps teams, with these updates being highlighted in an upcoming webinar. The enhancements include HTML email notifications that display critical details within emails, direct incident assignment for better control over response workflows, an alert triage system that focuses on impactful incidents, and suppression features to reduce alert noise. Additionally, the operations command console and intelligence applications are designed to provide unified insights into customer experience dimensions such as performance and infrastructure health. These features, some of which were recognized in Network World's list of the coolest tech at AWS reInvent, are expected to significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of incident management workflows.
