Key updates include a new on-call scheduling UI, standardized status update notification templates, and enhanced process automation through new AWS plugins for automated diagnostics. The platform now allows the copying and pasting of event orchestration rules to simplify configuration, while the default setting for email domain restriction has been changed to "ON" for tighter security. PagerDuty has also updated its app for Splunk to streamline alert management and reduce alert noise, and it has provided guidelines for migrating from deprecated V1/V2 webhooks to V3 to maintain service functionality. Additionally, PagerDuty encourages participation in its Summit 2022 event and offers various webinars, podcasts, and Twitch streams to keep users informed about new products and industry practices.
