New features such as Incident Workflows, which automate repetitive steps, and Maintenance Windows, which minimize disruptions during maintenance, have been introduced. Additionally, the app now supports Custom Fields for providing contextual incident information on the go. Security enhancements require Android 10.0 and iOS 15.0 or later, ensuring up-to-date standards. The company is committed to further innovation, with planned features like a status widget for the home screen, home screen customization, mobile analytics, and Slack integration, aiming to optimize digital operations across different platforms.
