Velocity Contest Winners

PagerDuty's participation at Velocity 2011 was marked by engaging interactions with attendees, where they showcased their product and collected feedback from existing customers on desired features. The highlight of their booth was a contest where 157 participants, referred to as "pager jockeys" and "SMS ninjas," signed up to be "paged" via SMS during the conference. Allyson White from Cotendo won the grand prize of an iPad2 for being the fastest to acknowledge the page, while runner-up prizes included six months of free PagerDuty service and BluAlert Bluetooth Bracelets, with Greg Schechter from Google among the winners. The event was filled with excitement and concluded with gratitude towards all participants, with hopes of returning next year.
