PagerDuty.org’s Equitable COVID-19 Vaccine Access & Distribution: $1M Grant Round
Blog post from PagerDuty
PagerDuty.org has committed $1,000,000 to enhance equitable COVID-19 vaccine distribution, particularly focusing on underserved communities globally. This initiative, part of their Time-Critical Health funding, involves $750,000 in cash grants and $250,000 in product credits, alongside technical volunteer support to nonprofits and social enterprises. The aim is to accelerate vaccine distribution and build trust among historically marginalized communities by supporting tech-centric solutions and organizations committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Funding will also support complex supply chain management, appointment coordination, and vaccine information dissemination. Applicants, including nonprofits and social enterprises, are encouraged to apply for grants, with applications accepted on a rolling basis from April 22 to June 11, 2021, to address immediate health challenges and ensure all communities have access to vaccination.
