PagerDuty.org has launched Impact Labs, a new funding program designed to support tech-forward organizations focused on time-critical health and climate equity. This initiative builds on the organization's past efforts, distributing more than $3 million since 2019, and emphasizes trust-based philanthropy by offering unrestricted, multi-year funding. Impact Labs provides four selected organizations with $200,000 each, along with product credits, technical support, and storytelling amplification over 24 months. The inaugural partners include Intelehealth, NAMI, Replate, and Sibel Health, each working towards improving healthcare access, mental health support, food waste reduction, and health equity through innovative technology solutions. By leveraging the full spectrum of PagerDuty's resources, the program aims to amplify the impact of these organizations while addressing significant funding disparities, particularly those affecting BIPOC-led initiatives. The progress and outcomes of these partnerships will be tracked and shared to highlight their contributions to equitable social change.
